LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED For the last few years, it's been held at Amherst Police Department at 21 Havelock Street, Amherst, in the “Francis Smith” Community Room. Public parking is within a short walking distance. Noon to 4:00pm. Please email Agenda items to Director Carrilee Eddy at actrasecretary@gmail.com by October 28, 2025. As with the 2025 Spring Meeting, there will be the ability to join the meeting via Facebook Messenger by contacting Director Kim Crowell at actranewsletter@gmail.com prior to the meeting - you will need to be on Facebook and have a stable internet connection. This opportunity is open to Member and Non-Members of ACTRA, although Membership is required to be able to vote on any motions. Input is always welcomed!
