Sponsorship: The AERC requires any rider less than 16 years of age as of January 1, 2017 and entered in any of the rides to be accompanied on the ride by a competent, mounted adult sponsor, 21 years or older
Trails: Trails are moderately difficult with hills, rocks and grass footing. Water stops signed. Small stream crossing. A short portion of paved road with guardrails. Shoes or boots strongly recommended, this is not a barefoot course even if your horse is used to rocks.

Schedule: Vetting in for the 25mi and 50 mi. is on Friday 15th between 4-6pm. PreRide briefing will be after that at 6pm. The 12 mi can vet in Saturday 7:30am or as soon as the 25milers leave.

Trails will open for the 50 milers at 7am, 25milers @7:30am, 12milers @ 8am.
All vet checks are in camp.

meals: 
Food: Saturday am breakfast and awards dinner is included in the entry fee. Breakfast will be bagels/toast, coffee/tea, and cold cereal for riders and volunteers, $5.00 fee for all others, dinner for riders and volunteer, $10.00 for all others.
